Once the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is authorized, you will be contacted with an RMA number and instructions will be provided to return the product. Note: products must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We cannot refund shipping and handling charges. Returns for products purchased through resellers must be returned to the reseller.
